Please note, if you have stated exchange for a different finger size (rings only), you will require to receive a refund of the purchase price and then place a new order for the correct size and delivery is chargeable.
If the item is faulty, please state “faulty” in the return form and provide a brief description of the issue.
Please note that the return shipping is at the cost of the buyer and is non refundable.
We always recommend sending back the item via a signed method, therefore RoyalMail Recorded delivery or Special Delivery are advisable, as we will not be held liable for lost returns.
Once you’ve complied with all conditions and we have accepted the return in writing, please send the item back to:

1) Contact us via email to request to return your purchase(s) and wait for a response.
2) If accepted, please fill out the form in full and include a note in the package to identify the purchase.
3) Upon confirmation for the return, please send back your item(s) with all of the contents within 14 days of receipt via trackable shipping.
The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all inserts.
4) Upon inspection and return of as new condition, we will issue you a refund of the items sold price (not including shipping).
PLEASE NOTE: we don’t accept returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Any items returned after 14 days or with any visible signs of wear or damage will not be processed.
What if I’m returning my item from outside of the UK?
You must state “RETURN” on the customs declaration form. If this isn’t marked as a return, we will be charged a high customs tax, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund.
Can I return earrings?
Due to Hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Can I return Custom made or a modified item?
Custom made or modified items can’t be returned, as this was made exclusively for you.
Our White Gold and Yellow/Rose Gold thick gold coating or Vermeil jewellery items carry a 6 month warranty and our solid gold items have a 12 month warranty starting from the date of receipt, which must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Please Note, we don't guarantee the gold coating, as this is determined by the jewellery being exposed to water.
If a customised item has developed a fault, we can look into repairing this for you via our suppliers at the customers cost.It is our at our discretion to inspect the item and liaise with third party experts to figure out the reason behind the fault and make a decision if the fault developed via tampering/mistreated or if it was a natural fault.
